Harsh morning selloff in most of the stocks I've been following. Most broke down before I had time to get in. Looked for bounces throughout the day and was really looking for one off the Fed announcement.
No trades today. This has been a major breakthrough for me, since I am prone to overtrading.

12/11 Pre-Market Watch List (ATL/BTL stocks)
Part of my daily watch lists include stocks that are ATL (Above the line) or BTL (below the line). This means that they are above/below their 20, 50, and 200 day moving averages. I look for long trades in the ATL stocks and shorts in the BTL stocks.
I get screens for the Nas100, S&P500, and Dow30 stocks (These can be found at TradingMarkets.com's - Kevin Haggerty Professional Trading Service). I then sort the screens for highest 10 day average range to find the most volatile stocks.
ATL stocks:
S&P500- GS, BSC, SHLD, ATI
Nas100- SHLD, WYNN, AAPL, CTSH
Dow30- BA, XOM, MMM, IBM
BTL stocks:
S&P500- GENZ, CHRW, COF, ACS
Nas100- SNDK, GENZ, AMLN, CHRW
Dow30- None
For the swing trading watchlist I will be watching BIDU, ICE, OIH @148.55, LVS @97.50, WYNN, BYD @47.40.

Earthen WYNN, BCS, YUM
Today was very interesting as the Nonfarm Payrolls report was released prior to mkt open. The indices started selling off and I had already gotten stopped out of my long WYNN position (Grade: D). Then I went long BCS as it was holding near its OR bar high. I also decided to put on a short position in case the overall mkt was going to continue selling off. Found YUM breaking its OR bar to the downside.
BCS continued to rise as the markets sold off and quickly reached the 61.8 Fib extension. Then the markets turned around and started to rise. I saw my YUM short move back up and decided to cover at that point. Trade details can be found within each screenshot.
Overall it was a good day profitwise. I am still working on proper position sizing (esp. on the WYNN trade). OR bar was almost 1.5 points wide and should have only been entered with 100 shares, but I got caught up as that sucker was moving quickly. Next week proper position sizing will be the top area of focus. This week I was able to NOT trade the afternoons, which helped keep my P/L on the + side.

Daikokuya Ramen House BIDU, X, PPP, X
Yoshinoya PRU and UNP
As I went into today the main thing I wanted to do was to lock in early profits and NOT trade the afternoons. The past 2 days were filled with morning profits that were later given back in the afternoons.
Here are the two trades that I took today: PRU was found off Briefing's pre-market gappers lists and UNP was from Hagg's (Kevin Haggerty) S&P 500 screen of ATL* stocks that have the highest daily ranges. I highly suggest that you check out the services over at TradingMarkets.com.

*ATL stands for Above The Line meaning the stock is above its 20, 50, and 200-day moving averages on the daily charts. These stocks have momentum behind them and should be watched for daily/intraday volatility.
